How long does an order take to ship?
Made-to-order knives typically ship within 2–4 weeks. One-off completed knives usually ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Are your knives made to order?
Most knives are made to order. Monthly customs and any specifically noted one-off builds are completed knives and are ready to ship.
What steels do you use?
Steel options vary by model, but product pages will always show the available steel choices for that knife.
Are the handle materials exactly the same as the photos?
Materials vary. If your knife is made to order, grain, color, figure, and pattern may differ slightly from product photos. One-off customs are the exact knife shown unless otherwise stated.
Can I order a custom knife?
Monthly customs and future custom offerings will be listed when available. For general questions about custom work, use the contact page.
Do you offer returns?
If there is an issue with your order, reach out through the contact page as soon as possible. Policies for returns or adjustments may depend on whether the knife was a one-off completed piece or a made-to-order build.
How should I care for my knife?
Keep the blade clean and dry after use. Carbon steels require more attention and should be lightly oiled when needed. Avoid prolonged moisture exposure and store the knife in a dry place.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After checkout, Stripe sends a payment receipt, and your order is recorded immediately in the system once payment is successful.
